How does it work?
Peter Buitenhuis works as a Vendors Advocate to help you maximise outcomes
of your property sale whilst making the process easy on you through these four simple steps:
1. Preparing for sale
Organises a valuation for the property to determine a selling range the property would be able to fetch in the current marketplace and how to prepare the property to maximise value.
3. Monitor Process
Acts on your behalf to monitor the progress of the selling activities and provide regular feedback on how the process is progressing
2. Setup for success
Assists in interviewing and selecting the best agent
for the property and negotiate the best commission and marketing strategy in the current market. Assists with required paperwork; Section 32 (Vendors Statement), etc.
4. Closing the deal
Assists you in negotiating the selling of the property and understanding offers that are presented, including price being offered, terms of offer, and any special conditions that may be offered by the buyer.
